Why does my animation look strange or distorted?
For best results: Use plain white paper with good lighting. Ensure your character's arms and legs are clearly separated (avoid overlapping limbs). Draw bold, clear outlines. The AI works best with high-contrast drawings.
Does Scribblie have ads or cost money?
No ads, and no public sharing. Scribblie will have a free plan and an optional subscription for grown-ups, called Scribblie Family; prices are announced at launch (see the Pricing page). A child is never asked to pay.
How do I delete my account and my child's data?
In the app, go to Profile > Delete account and complete the grown-up check. Everything is deleted straight away; backup copies clear within 7 days. You can also email privacy@heyscribblie.com. See the Data Deletion page for details.
How is my child's information protected?
A parent signs in and gives consent before any child feature is used. Scribblie asks only for your child's first name and age, removes phone numbers, emails, addresses and card numbers from conversation text, and deletes your child's voice recordings right after transcription. There are no ads and no third-party trackers in the app. Read the Privacy Policy for full details.
